This guided meditation focuses on opening and mobilizing Qi of the Tai Ji Pole (Central Channel) and Chong Mai (Thrusting Channels). The Three Dan Tian are connected and interact with one another along the Tai Ji Pole. This meditation uses Breath, and focused Awareness to open and regulate Qi along this important pathway. The Chong Mai regulate and nourish Qi and Blood from head to toe. Due to their pathway, they have the ability to balance fire and water, and nourish blood of the uterus/sperm palace, heart, and brain.
