Level 1, Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down (Peng Qi Guan Ding Fa):

The goal of ZhiNeng QiGong is to evolve and expand the level of human consciousness and society. Lift Qi Up, Pour Qi Down is the foundation exercise of ZhiNeng QiGong, and is used extensively for healing illness and disease. The light movements are very easy to learn.  The use of consciousness to mobilize Qi is emphasized more so than physical movements in order to merge and transform the internal Qi of the human body with the external universal healing Qi of nature called Hun Yuan Qi. Therefore it is suitable for anyone to learn, even those with limited mobility or energy.  With practice the power of the mind becomes clear, and focused, blockages open, health and vitality improve.  


Level one of ZhiNeng Qigong includes philosophy and many complimentary methods, including La Qi, Wall Squats, 3 Centres Merging Meditation, Hun Yuan Entirety Theory, Sound and Breathing exercises and much more.  All of these methods compiment one another to strengthen the pure mind, gather Qi, and open the body.  Special emphasis is placed on improving flexibility of the spine.


All courses are taught as intensive healing retreats.  Students will learn and practice methods for healing themselves and others. Each technique will be thoroughly explained and corrected with detailed explanation of the underlying purpose, benefits and philosophy.  The aim of this style of training is for students to immerse themselves in the practice and theory, while being free from the familar habits of everyday life.  Students then may go back to their home life with confidence, practical tools and new found will power to continue practicing this system on their own.



No prior experience is necessary.

Students will learn:


• How to organize a Qi Field


• Gather external Hun Yuan Qi, and          strengthen Internal Hun Yuan Qi.


• Use Qi Medicine for healing             yourself and others


• Deeply practice Lift Qi Up, Pour Qi          Down correctly, using consciousness


• Hun Yuan Entirety Theory


• Companion exercises, such as La Qi,     3 Centres Standing Meditation, and       Static Methods.


• Develop a pure mind state, and              maintain it in daily life
